- Compressor fire at a Texas chemical facility. Lead attorney in charge of all pleadings, motions, hearings and discovery including investigation of causes of a complex compressor explosion and resulting fire. Negotiated settlement of $1,675,000.
- Power outage at a Texas chemical facility. Lead attorney in charge of all phases of litigation involving a lightning-induced electrical failure causing the complete emergency shutdown of a major chemical plant. Obtained settlement in excess of $1,200,000.
- Electrical fire caused by defective HVAC unit at a Texas hospital resulting in smoke and water damage to an MRI laboratory. Lead attorney in charge of all phases of litigation. Obtained settlement in excess of $900,000.
- Flood damage to a computer wafer manufacturing facility due to defective sprinkler system. Prosecuted all phases of the litigation as lead attorney and obtained a settlement in excess of $750,000.
